The return order service time of Laser-appliances.com is Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-5:00 PM (PST).

Once you apply for a return, we will process the return order for you within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

Within 14 natural days of the return validity period, if you need to return the laser equipment and meet the return conditions, you can apply for the return in one of the following two ways:

(2) Find the order you need to return on your account order details, submit your return request, and we will review it for you as soon as possible.

3. What are the return requirements?

The laser equipment must be returned in a brand new state.

The returned laser equipment should be in its original packaging.

The returned laser equipment should not have been artificially damaged.

The returned laser equipment should not be damaged.

The returned laser equipment should not be worn out.

The returned laser equipment should not be deformed.

The returned laser equipment should be free of stains.

The returned laser equipment should not affect our secondary sales.

4. What is the return process?

(1) The return validity period for the laser equipment is within 14 natural days after receipt.

(2) Once you apply for a return, we will process the return for you within 1-3 business days.

(3) If you need to return the laser equipment, please send it to be returned to 3224 Thicket Path Way, Katy, Texas, recipient is Danielle Delgado.

(5) Once the returned laser equipment has arrived at Laser-appliances.com’s warehouse and has been successfully inspected, the refund process will be started.

5. Who is responsible for the shipping cost of returns?

If it is the customer’s personal reason: dislike color/workmanship/style of laser equipment, the return freight will be for the buyer’s account.

If the laser equipment we sent is defective/damaged/lost/wrong, the return freight will be forLaser-appliances.com.

We do not charge a re-listing fee.

6. How to obtain a refund?

After we receive your returned laser equipment, the refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Please be patient, thank you.
